Memorial Tree Application and return it, with a check in the amount of $100 made out to "The City of Missouri City," to the:

Note: Please make sure that you include the phrase "Memorial Tree Fund" in the memo line of your check.
Caring for the Trees
Your newly planted tree will be mulched, fertilized, pruned, and watered for 2 years by city staff. If the tree dies within that time, it will be replaced by another tree at no additional cost to you. To ensure the highest survival rate, your tree will be planted between October 30th and April 30th. The City Forester will help you determine an appropriate species and location for your memorial tree.
Missouri City Tree Challenge
The Nichols Family of Quail Valley, has generously offered to match their neighbor’s tree donations, for up to 50 trees at Missouri City Parks. Trees will average 6’-12’ tall at the time of planting. Memorial Park Bench
Donate a park bench for a friend or loved one in one of Missouri City's Parks. Memorial benches are 6 feet, stainless steel. The $1000 donation cost includes engraving and installation costs. Your newly installed bench will be guaranteed for two years. Parks Department staff will help you determine an appropriate location for your memorial bench. Download the
